L. Alise Hoffman, Esq.

With over 15+ Years of experience in real estate law, Alise brings a depth of transactional and regulatory expertise to every client relationship. Her practice is built on a foundation of complex, high-value real estate work spanning acquisitions & sales, development, and closings. Alise earned her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law.

Most recently, Alise served as corporate counsel for one of the largest land holders in the State of Georgia, where she managed all aspects of multimillion-dollar land and development transactions — drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, and overseeing due diligence, title and survey review, and closings from start to finish. She regularly advised on land use, permitting, zoning, and entitlements, and drafted the development, easement, contractor, and homeowner association agreements that keep large-scale projects moving forward.

Earlier in her career, as an attorney with a revered builder in the Greater Philadelphia area, Alise managed homeowners' association documentation for planned unit developments and condominiums and oversaw title review and closings on more than 800 residential and commercial transactions. She worked directly with municipalities to secure permitting and approvals for over 1,000 residential lots, formed corporations and partnerships to support land acquisitions, administered a $20 million bonds and letters of credit borrowing base, and managed the company's in-house title operation — all while serving as trusted counsel to more than 130 employees on title, closing, corporate, and HOA matters.

Alise's legal foundation also includes public-sector and litigation experience, including work with the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services, where she was selected as regional liaison officer for emergency preparedness and later promoted to regional training coordinator, as well as appellate and trial-preparation work as a law clerk and legal extern.

Alise is admitted to practice in Georgia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Missouri giving her a multi-state perspective on real estate law that few attorneys can match.

Today, Alise draws on this broad and detailed background — from high-dollar land deals to the fine print of HOA governance — to guide clients through every stage of their real estate transactions with precision, care, and an unwavering commitment to getting it right the first time.

During her free time Alise enjoys painting, cheering on LSU sports, and spending time with her husband, their two young boys and of course, their Goldendoodle, Bob Waffle.
